Here are a few miscellaneous moments from September that were fun, cute, and/or aesthetically pleasing.
Benjamin really loves bags, buckets, boxes...really anything he can carry, fill, and empty.
Matt's teaching him how to take a shower and not be afraid of the water.
We went out to dinner at P.F. Chang's and played at the Irvine Spectrum one evening. Ben discovered a new-found proclivity for drumming.

Benjamin is also a big electronics junkie. He loves cell phones and remote controls, and he actually is pretty good at knowing how to use them. He is very observant and has a knack for emulation.
One night my buddy and I looked very good for church, so we had to capture the moment (also to prove that sometimes I do wear my hair down).
He loves to drink with a straw and opens wide any time one is near. I let him have some of my Starbucks smoothie. It's good to develop these habits early.

Daddy is a big Pearl Jam fan and bought this shirt when the new album came out. Ben liked it too.

We continue to have our weekly dates, sometimes to the park, the beach, the mall...anywhere we can run and play.

Matt's co-workers went to Europe and got us a few gifts, one of which was this huge remote. We thought we'd give it to Ben since he's always stealing ours and changing things on the DVR. He liked it for about five minutes and, of course, wanted to go back to the regular remote.
He's figured out how to dump out his blocks, so he does that a lot now.
